I am a biotech investor focused on early-stage investments, company creation, portfolio strategy, and board advisory. I partner with founders to evaluate complex science, shape company strategy, and build long-term value.

My background spans chemistry, portfolio strategy, and venture investing. Across these roles, I have led scientific programs, built new initiatives, evaluated emerging technologies and markets, and advised executive teams and boards on high-stakes decisions. I am particularly interested in the point where strong science, commercial judgment, and company-building come together.

I am also the founder of The Science of Colors, a nonprofit making science more accessible through creative outreach, and co-creator of amplifyHERscience Stories, a Yale Ventures podcast featuring biotechnology innovators. Most recently, I launched National Park Stamp Quest, a podcast about the people, stories, and ideas that shape America’s national parks.

Outside of work, I am an aspiring Ashtangi, a weekend baker, and a traveler with a particular love for U.S. national parks and faraway places. I have visited 53 of the 63 national parks and 53 countries. I accept gifts in plant form, preferably Drosera capensis. My cat, Jerry, is my soulmate and most consistent editor, though he remains skeptical of deadlines.
